Integrity Roofing is a family business that started over 20 years ago by Dana Field. Dana started out working for a local roofing company with very little roofing knowledge. After about six months, Dana was running his own crew on the job sites. Dana worked a few years for the company learning how the business worked inside and out. His ability to learn the trade quickly and efficiently allowed him to step away and start Integrity Roofing on his own.
Grit & Determination
Starting out was a challenge, as it is for most small businesses. Dana had grit and determination to make his company work because he had a family to support which included three growing boys. He made his own business cards and went door to door looking for jobs; gaining some and getting doors slammed in his face as well. That did not discourage him though. After a lot of hard work, Dana started getting jobs, mostly in the Harpswell area. He earned a reputation where his new jobs came word of mouth from satisfied and repeat customers which kept him busy.
Dana joined forces with Byron Bouchard, of Six Rivers Construction, LLC in 2021. Putting together Dana’s roofing knowledge and Byron’s business knowledge, is proving to be successful in leading Integrity Roofing on a more stable path of growth going forward.
A Maine Family Business
In addition to Dana’s crew, he has all three of his boys working with him as well. They have been working side by side with him off and on over the years, and since Integrity Roofing, LLC was formed, they have come on full time to continue working day in and day out with their father.
Integrity Roofing isn’t just a name, it is a business based off of personal Integrity to treat each and every customer with respect and doing what is in the best interest for them.
